The Care Collective
The Mapping Educational Carers Service Team have been commended by the Carer Friendly accreditation panel for designing their new service around the needs of unpaid carers. This new Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Team facilitates carer educational groups, staff training and dementia care mapping.
