We are hiring! Carer Support Wellbeing Workers (Gwent)

Are you that listening ear in your community that turns hearing a problem into practical solutions?

We have two roles available in linked projects in Gwent that may suit you. These both directly support unpaid carers at outreach activities and in the Gwent Carers Hub in Pontypool. Despite the name, the Carer Café programme is not all about tea and cake! In this project we help unpaid carers with information and advice about services such as hospital discharge, care planning and advocacy support.

Both these roles offer unpaid carers a first point of contact and require great communication skills. We work in an environment where collaborating with colleagues is vital to our success.  If you are excited by the opportunity to work with some great people to deliver services that really matter, click on the links below to find out more.
