Our colleagues come from diverse backgrounds and many have unpaid care roles outside of work. We are passionate about supporting unpaid carers in Wales and we are committed to equality and inclusion.
We currently have around 100 colleagues working at The Care Collective, working across ten local authority areas. Where we work accounts for almost 50% of the total number of unpaid carers in Wales.
